Free Training and Content:
All free training, educational content, and resources provided by Local Marketing Planet are offered at no cost and therefore are non-refundable.
Paid Services:
One-on-One Coaching:
If you are not satisfied with our one-on-one coaching services, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first session. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions already conducted.
Courses and Programs:
For courses and programs, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 25% of the content. Proof of completion status may be required.
Digital Products:
Digital products, such as e-books, templates, and other downloadable materials, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Processing Your Refund:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Products or services purchased at a discount or as part of a promotional offer are non-refundable.

Custom services, tailored specifically for your business needs, are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
